Last Days in Canada
The town of Radium is famous for its hot springs and also for these Bighorn Sheep who are wild but graze unhindered in peoples gardens and beside the road. One of the locals we spoke to explained “It’s their town too. We let them go where they want”.
From Radium we visited the city of Calgary in Alberta, famous for the biggest rodeo in North America, the Calgary Stampede, held every July. It’s a pretty modern city with no sign of cowboy hats in October.
The main reason we went there was to visit Beth’s relatives and to meet her new cousin, Jesse.
